This dynamic Pilates class, led & created by the amazing Caroline Callander, combines powerful, flowing movements with rhythmic beats that make it fun, challenging, and deeply effective. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or brand new to the practice, this session is all about enjoying movement, feeling the music, and energizing your body in the fresh air of Sumner Beach. Cancellation Policy

I aim to provide the best experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and availability, here is my cancellation policy for in-person community classes: Regular Classes: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are considered late. No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel and do not attend, it is considered a no-show. Refunds and Class Credits Regular Classes: Timely Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be credited towards a future class. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you will forfeit the class fee. No refunds or credits will be issued. Workshops and Special Events: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be credited towards a future class. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows will forfeit the event fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
