What is Myofascial Release: Myofascial Release (MFR) is a type of physical therapy that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the myofascial connective tissues in order to alleviate pain and restore motion. The technique targets the fascia, which is a web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body. Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that encases muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. It provides structural support and helps maintain the body's shape. Healthy fascia is flexible and pliable, allowing smooth movement. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to injury, inflammation, or trauma, it can cause pain and limit mobility. Cancellation Policy

I aim to provide the best experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and availability, here is my cancellation policy for in-person community classes: Regular Classes: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are considered late. No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel and do not attend, it is considered a no-show. Refunds and Class Credits Regular Classes: Timely Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be credited towards a future class. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you will forfeit the class fee. No refunds or credits will be issued. Workshops and Special Events: Cancellation Notice: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows will forfeit the event fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
