Service Description
Join me for this intimate sunrise yoga class where we will move, build internal heat and breathe for an hour practice, finishing with a sound bowl Savasana, after class you're welcome to join for a swim. This will be held at the New Brighton Surf Club on their stunning deck that looks out over the ocean and the pier, it is covered but is still open to the elements so you will need to wrap up warm as it is still outdoors. If the weather is extreme and too windy / wet we have an indoor space available as an alternative. The class is $22 per person and bookings are essential
