Service Description

Learn tools and practices to support you through painful periods (principles could be applied to any stage of your cycle that you experience pain) Yoga has been such an incredible tool for bringing me moments of relief throughout my journey with Endometriosis. So, after 10 plus years of lived experience and now specialist study within Yoga and Women's Health I want to share these tools with you. I don't promise a quick fix and I will never diminish the intensity of pain and discomfort many women face by making false claims. This session will simply give you more education in understanding your pain and tools that can support you. Through techniques of compression and release, circulation, acupressure, and mindful movement we have many options to start to create more ease within our cycles. We will be using principles from Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine throughout this workshop What to expect: - Education around how to strategically apply these practices (when, why and how) - Gentle Movement Practice - Time to ask questions This Class / Workshop will be held live on zoom: - She Blooms members this is included in your membership, the replay will be available in the app or join us live - Non Members, you can register to join live on zoom or watch the replay for up to 7 days after the live class
