Vital Cycles is a four-month immersive series that invites you to deepen your connection with your body, mind, and menstrual cycle.
Each month, we’ll explore a different phase of the cycle through the lens of movement, mindfulness, ancient wisdom, and modern science - supporting you to live in harmony with your hormones and your inner seasons.
This series is for anyone who identifies with a cyclical path - and wants to understand, honour, and work with their body rather than against it.

Mindfulness, Breath & Movement for Hormonal Harmony
Jess Campbell is a dedicated yoga and mindfulness teacher, founder of Bloom Wellbeing, and an Ayurveda practitioner in training. With a passion for women’s health and a background in trauma-informed teaching, Jess offers practices that honour the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle.
In Vital Cycles, Jess shares a toolkit of gentle yoga, breathwork, myofascial release, and mindfulness meditations to support each phase of your cycle. Her sessions focus on nervous system regulation and offer practical support for symptoms like pain, fatigue, and PMS - helping you reconnect with your body and cultivate hormonal harmony, one inner season at a time.
Jess Smith
Somatic Movement for the Menstrual Cycle
Jess Smith is a mother of two, longtime yoga teacher, and soon-to-be licensed Chinese Medicine practitioner based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. She shares gentle, grounding practices that foster deep rest, inner connection, and cyclical awareness.
In Vital Cycles, Jess will guide monthly somatic movement sessions to support each phase of the menstrual cycle. Her floor-based SATYA classes use slow, mindful movements to release tension, mobilize the diaphragm and pelvic floor, and regulate the nervous system. You’ll experience a nourishing blend of seasonal wisdom, breathwork, acupressure, and a sprinkle of Qi Gong - designed to meet your body’s changing needs and rhythms throughout the month.
Amelia Stafford
Join Amelia for a four part journey through the menstrual cycle, blending science and holistic wisdom to help you feel more balanced, energised, and in tune with your body. Each masterclass explores one phase of the cycle - menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal - offering food-first strategies, hormone-supporting herbs, and practical naturopathic insights to reduce symptoms and optimise wellbeing.

She brings deep knowledge, warmth, and clinical insight to her teachings, specialising in all stages of women’s health - from menstrual issues and hormonal imbalances to perimenopause and fertility.
Niamh Clerkin
Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Originally from Ireland, Niamh Clerkin is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health and gynaecological musculoskeletal conditions. She has worked across the UK and New Zealand in both public health and elite sports, including roles with Christchurch Hospital, the NZ Tall Ferns, Canterbury Netball, and more.
Niamh’s work is grounded in promoting wellbeing through all phases of a woman’s life, with a particular focus on postnatal recovery, pelvic floor health, and the hormonal transitions of perimenopause. In this workshop, she’ll guide you through evidence-based education and practical tools to support your pelvic health across the menstrual cycle, helping you reconnect with strength, ease, and embodied awareness.
Alex Ballagh
Alex Ballagh is a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach who helps people create their own roadmap to more vitality, ease, and joy.
You’ll explore how to create simple, sacred rituals that help you honour each phase of your menstrual cycle and truly drop into its unique energy.
You’ll leave with both inspiration and practical tools to begin weaving meaningful, body-led rituals into your daily life — supporting you to meet yourself with reverence, presence, and joy in every phase.

How do I access the live classes?
Live classes are hosted on Zoom. Once you join, you'll receive access to the Zoom link, and all replays will be available in the on-demand library.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all! She Blooms is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
What if I miss a live class?
No worries! All live classes are recorded and uploaded to the library within 24 hours so you can practice at your own convenience.
Are workshops included in the membership?
Many workshops are included, but some specialty workshops and events may have a small additional fee. However, members receive 20% off all events.
How do I join the community groups?
You'll receive access to the private Facebook group and WhatsApp community upon joining. These spaces are great for support, questions, and connection with fellow members.

Founder
Hi, I’m Jess! Founder of She Blooms and the Mindful Pathways Programme, a mindfulness initiative created for women in prison. I’m a yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, and mum to three beautiful girls.
I’ve spent years studying yoga, meditation, and women’s health, earning certifications in advanced yoga training and completing the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. I’m currently deepening my work through Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness training with David Treleaven, furthering my commitment to making these transformative practices accessible to all.
She Blooms is a culmination of my passion for movement, mindfulness, and community - a space for women to reconnect, reset, and thrive. And by being part of She Blooms, you’re directly supporting my work in the community and prison system, helping to bring mindfulness and well-being to those who need it most.
