One on one sessions catered to your needs

Private sessions can be catered to what you need each session, whether that's working around an injury, trauma or wanting to focus on a particular skill. We can use Yoga, Mindfulness and Pranayama to support your practice. 


I specialise in women's health yoga and love to work one on one with women to help facilitate a healthy cycle, if this is something you're interested in diving into then make sure to let me know at time of enquiry or booking so that we can chat more about it. 


We will begin with a chat about what your needs are, from there I will create classes specific to your body and phase of life. 

Sessions are1 hour in my private studio or over zoom.


I use a combination of traditional chinese medicine, accupressure, myofascial techniques and ayurveda within yoga to support you.


Price is $85 per session with very limited availability
