These one-on-one sessions weave together yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and Ayurvedic lifestyle principles to help bring your mind and body back into harmony. Sessions are held in my home based, purpose built clinic and studio space in Christchurch - designed to feel calm, private, and supportive.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute session is tailored to you. Together we will:

Begin with a wellbeing check-in to explore your current state of balance and identify any imbalances (vikriti) from your natural constitution (prakriti)

Use yoga postures, pranayama, and mindfulness tools chosen to support your unique needs

Explore simple Ayurvedic lifestyle and routine adjustments to help restore balance in daily life

Create a personalised set of practices to continue at home
You’ll also receive notes and suggestions to keep you supported between sessions.
Why Yoga Therapy with Ayurveda?
Ayurveda teaches that when our doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) are out of balance, we feel it in our energy, mood, and health. These sessions draw on both the wisdom of Ayurveda and the therapeutic tools of yoga to help address:

$195 3 session bundle ($65 each)
I’ll be opening only a handful of 1:1 spaces each month as I build my clinic hours. Once filled, bookings will move to a waitlist.

About Jess
I’m Jess - a yoga and mindfulness teacher with specialist training in women’s health, advanced yoga practices, and trauma-informed mindfulness. I’m also training as an Ayurvedic practitioner, which allows me to integrate Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom into my teaching.
Through these yoga therapy sessions, I bring together the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda to support you in finding balance, vitality, and a deeper connection with yourself.
