These sessions are designed to support regulation, rest, and reconnection - helping you move toward a more steady, supported way of being.
A personalised approach to wellbeing
This work brings together principles of Āyurveda, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and therapeutic touch.
Sessions may also incorporate sound therapy using crystal sound bowls, supporting the body to settle into deeper states of nervous system regulation.
Rather than a quick fix or one off treatment, this approach meets you in your current state and responds to what is needed - whether that is rest, support, guidance, or gentle recalibration.
Sessions are intentionally limited to allow this work to be personalised, spacious, and well supported.
Ways to work together
The Grounding Ritual
A deeply restorative 90 minute session designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and reconnection.
This session weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, Ayurvedic head and hand massage, and sound therapy to create a full body exhale.

Integrative Wellbeing (3 Session Package)
A personalised, multi-session approach designed to support lasting change.
Across three sessions, we explore your current state of balance and introduce practices that support your nervous system, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.
Sessions may include breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and Ayurveda-informed guidance, with optional therapeutic touch where supportive.

Follow-Up Sessions
Short, supportive sessions for returning clients.
A space to stay connected, refine your practices, and receive ongoing support as your needs evolve.
These sessions may include check-ins, nervous system regulation practices, focused bodywork, or sound based rest.

A note on training
I am currently training to become an Ayurvedic practitioner and am completing supervised clinical hours as part of this pathway.
This allows for ongoing guidance and support from experienced practitioners and medical professionals where needed, alongside a personalised and attentive approach to your care.
My work is also informed by additional training in yoga, mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, and women’s health, including hormones and cycle awareness.
Location
Sessions take place in a private, home-based studio in Christchurch, a calm, quiet space designed to support rest, grounding, and one-to-one care.

Sessions are primarily held on Thursdays, with a limited number of appointments available each week to keep the work intentional and well supported.
