1:1 Integrative Wellbeing

Mindfulness, Yoga & Ayurveda-informed care

These one-on-one integrative wellbeing sessions offer personalised, grounded support for your physical, emotional, and nervous system health.

This work weaves together mindfulness, yoga, breath work, and Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition guidance to support balance, regulation, and sustainable wellbeing in everyday life.

Sessions are shaped around you - your constitution, your current state of balance, and what is most supportive right now.

Sessions are held in my home based, purpose built clinic and studio space in Christchurch, designed to feel private, steady, and supportive.

What to Expect

 

Each session (60–75 minutes) is tailored to you. Across our sessions together, we will:

  • Begin with a wellbeing check-in to explore your current state of balance and identify any imbalances (vikriti) in relation to your natural constitution (prakriti)

  • Use gentle yoga, sound healing, restorative or mindful movement, pranayama, and meditation practices chosen specifically to support your needs

  • Explore realistic, Ayurveda-informed lifestyle and nutrition suggestions to support balance in daily life, specific to you. 

  • Develop a personalised set of practices to support you between sessions

You’ll also receive follow up notes and suggestions to support integration and continuity between appointments.

Why a 3-Session Commitment?

 

Integrative wellbeing work is most supportive when it unfolds over time rather than in a single session.

Working across three sessions allows space to:

  • Build understanding and trust

  • Observe shifts in the body, mind, and nervous system

  • Refine practices so they are genuinely supportive and sustainable

This approach allows the work to respond to what emerges, rather than forcing change too quickly.

These sessions may be supportive if you’re experiencing:

  • Stress, fatigue, or burnout

  • Sleep or digestion challenges

  • Hormonal or nervous system imbalance

  • Emotional overwhelm or periods of transition

  • A desire for more rhythm, grounding, and steadiness

This work is holistic and complementary, and does not replace medical care.

Investment

1:1 Integrative Wellbeing - 3 Session Package
$285 NZD
(3 × 60–75 minute sessions)

After six months of offering clinic sessions, this structure and pricing have been refined to reflect the time, depth of care, and level of individualised support involved, while remaining sustainable and accessible.

All existing and previous 1:1 clients will remain on the pricing they have previously booked under.

Spaces are limited and offered in cycles.

Clinic Days & Availability

Clinic sessions are offered every second Wednesday and Thursday,
9:30am -1:30pm.

To avoid overextending and to remain fully present with each person, only a small number of 1:1 spaces are opened at a time. Once spaces are filled, bookings and packages will close and a waitlist will open.

Bookings are made online when availability is open.

About Me

I’m Jess, a yoga and mindfulness teacher with specialist training in women’s health and advanced yoga practices.

I’m trained through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), with specialist study in trauma sensitive mindfulness with David Treleaven.

I’m currently training as an Ayurvedic practitioner, with a focus on Ayurveda lifestyle and nutrition and women's health, which I integrate into this work in a practical and grounded way.

These 1:1 integrative wellbeing sessions bring together mindfulness, yoga, and Ayurveda informed care to support balance, regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself.
